CNC machining ─ is the best choice for Rapid Prototyping of high-quality metal and plastic parts. The process of CNC Machining is cut the material into the parts that customers need. The max size of CNC machining product is 1800*1200*600mm.

Sheet metal fabrication ─ is an integrated cold work technology (normally thickness under 6mm), suit for sheet metal processing, including shear, wash, cut, bending, welding, riveting, jointing, molding.

Silicone molds ─ are used in vacuum casting manufacture, use CNC sample produce silicone mold, then inject with PU material in vacuum status, copy the same products and keep the same quality with original sample. The max size of silicone mold &vacuum casting product is 2000*1000*1000mm.

RIM ─ is widely used for quickly copy products with rapid manufacturing. They are used with PU material, in normal temperature, low pressure situation, inject into rapid mold, after material chemical and physical reaction, the finished products come out.

Compared to Plastic Injection Molding, RIM is a more simple and convenient process with a shorter production cycle.

Stereo lithography Apparatus (SLA) ─ offers probably the most accurate form of rapid prototyping .These models lend themselves to the geometric validation of components, and can be a vital communication aid for marketing personnel and tool makers alike. They can also form the basis of downstream tooling activities or test procedures.

 

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) ─  is one of the most frequently used systems for providing strong durable models. This system is generally used for function applications, or where the model will be required to be tested physically.
